NEUSPEED Short Shift Kit The NEUSPEED short shift kit easily installs onto the transmission's selector shaft. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears by approximately 40% - this is the absolute maximum reduction possible without overextending the cable mechanism. The NEUSPEED short shift kit incorporates a calibrated counterweight which is required for more positive shift action. This is a completely bolt-on application - no cable adjustment required.
